Where is LOA SPA located?
LOA SPA is on Uluwatu St (Jl. Raya Uluwatu), Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia, on the Bukit Peninsula in Uluwatu. It is about 5-15 minutes from Melasti Beach, 15-20 minutes from Bingin and Padang Padang, about 20 minutes from Jimbaran and about 25 minutes from Uluwatu Temple.
What are LOA SPA opening hours?
LOA SPA is open every day from 9 AM to 11 PM.
How much does a massage cost at LOA SPA?
Massages start from 300,000 IDR for 60 minutes (Balinese Massage); 90 minutes costs 410,000 IDR. Deep tissue, sport and shiatsu massage cost 330,000 IDR for 60 minutes. Foot massage starts from 120,000 IDR for 30 minutes, and spa packages cost 690,000-1,390,000 IDR.
Do prices include tax and service?
Yes. All prices on our price list already include tax and service charge.
Which massage should I choose for my first visit?
We recommend the Balinese Massage or the LOA Signature Massage for a first visit. If you prefer stronger pressure, choose the Deep Tissue Massage.
Which massage is best after surfing?
After surfing we recommend the Deep Tissue Massage or the Sport Massage. Both work on tired shoulders, back and legs.
How do I book a massage at LOA SPA?
Online booking at LOA SPA is done on WhatsApp at +62 811 3941 6680. Tap Book next to any treatment on this page: WhatsApp opens with your treatment and duration already written, and our manager confirms the date and time with you in the chat.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to get the time that suits you best.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome whenever a therapist and room are free. To be sure of your preferred time, especially in the evening, we recommend booking ahead on WhatsApp.
What if I’m running late?
Please let us know on WhatsApp if you're running late, and we'll do our best to help. Our appointments are scheduled one after another, so if you arrive 10 minutes or more after your booking time, we may need to shorten your treatment by the time missed or, when the schedule is full, cancel the appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
When is the best time to visit?
Mornings and early afternoon until 3 PM are usually quieter. After 3 PM the spa gets busier, so book ahead for late afternoon and evening visits.

Yes. Every room at LOA SPA is fully private.
Do you have couples rooms?
Yes. Every room is designed for two people, with two massage beds, two showers and a spa bath, so couples and friends can enjoy their treatments together.
Do you offer pregnancy massage?
Yes. Our Pregnancy Massage is a gentle, side-lying massage for mums-to-be: 30 minutes for 210,000 IDR, 60 minutes for 330,000 IDR or 90 minutes for 430,000 IDR. Please tell us how far along you are when booking so we can confirm the treatment is suitable.

LOA Favorite (2 hours, 690,000 IDR): massage of your choice (90 min), flower bath (30 min) and tea ceremony. LOA Special (2 hours, 790,000 IDR): massage, body scrub, flower bath and tea ceremony. LOA Beauty (3 hours, 890,000 IDR): massage (60 min), facial (60 min), manicure or pedicure and tea ceremony. LOA Signature (3.5 hours, 1,390,000 IDR): four-hands massage, body scrub, body mask, facial, flower bath and tea ceremony.
What is included in the tea ceremony?
After your treatment, relax with a cup of tea of your choice - black, green or jasmine - served with light snacks: fresh fruit, nuts and popcorn.
Do you offer facials, manicure and pedicure?
Yes. Cleopatra's Rose Facial and the Hydration Calming Facial cost 450,000 IDR for 60 minutes. Manicure with scrub and polish costs 280,000 IDR and pedicure with scrub and polish 320,000 IDR. Sport manicure or pedicure with a foot massage costs 300,000-330,000 IDR.
Can I add a flower bath or body scrub to my massage?
Yes. Add a 30-minute Body Scrub or Body Mask for 190,000 IDR, or a 30-minute Flower Bath with frangipani and seasonal petals for 300,000 IDR. They are also included in our spa packages.
Which massage oils do you use?
We use seven natural oils: lavender, jasmine, green tea, sandalwood, lemongrass, frangipani and olive. You choose your oil before the massage.
Is there parking?
Yes, LOA SPA has a large free parking area.
Do you offer hotel or villa transfers?
We don't offer transfers at the moment. LOA SPA is easy to reach by scooter, car or taxi apps such as Gojek and Grab, and there is a large free parking area on site.
How do I pay?
We accept cash (IDR), bank cards and QRIS.
Can children visit LOA SPA?
Yes. We welcome children from 6 years old.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. LOA SPA gift vouchers are available. Message us on WhatsApp to order one.
